Heather and Ross are the owners of Chartwell Panel & Paint Ltd. Ross is a qualified Automotive Refinish and Repair technician and is also an I-Car Certified repair technician. While Heather is working part time in the office and has spent the previous 10 years as a self-employed contract machinist.
We are members of the Collision Repair Association as a Structural Repair Centre and have therefore met the standards set by the industry. We have in place the Boss Australia Management System for managing the flow of work through the workshop to insure that your car is off the road for the least amount of time and that the quality is kept to a consistently high standard.
We pride ourselves on our ability to complete your job as quickly as possible, so as to cause the least amount of inconvenience to you. We also have courtesy cars for your use, subject to their availability.
We can also arrange towing, wheel alignment, mechanical repairs and windscreen replacements while your vehicle is with us. If there are other jobs you wish to have done please don't hesitate to ask.
